I come from Hungary. Sorry but i don't speak french.
I had been reading and seeing your forum for many years. I like this site!
I would like to present my Safrane.
My father bought one Safrane 2.0 Si RN in 1995, but it crashed in 2001. The motor and the chassis not injured except the front right side.
I bought my Safrane (B542) 2.0 Si RT with 89795 km in 2003.This car used in Hungary the chancellor of French Embassy.
I made this pictures in 2005:







The air suspension is out of service. I use oil suspension.

But i can't choose this version (2.0 Si) from the list of the site, so i choosen 2.2 Si.
Can you put in the list of the site the 2.0 Si verrsion?

I painted the grill of the speakers (beige)


I changed the steering wheel


I bought Baccara grill and tempomat,cabin filter,headlamp washers,motor cover and cleaned the motor's area

Une Safrane comme on n'a pas l'habitude d'en voir.

Une 2.0i SI, 140cv, 8s si je ne me trompe pas, ca doit etre le moteur qui equipait les Renault 25 TXI.

le volant, je ne sais pas si il vient d'une safrane avec le klaxone dessus! (donc klaxone au volant?? )

Et pour finir, une version RT avec suspil, et fausse ronce de noyer un collector que l'on n'a pas l'habitude de voir!

This version is B542 2.0 Si 12s (Number: J7R 734; 1995 ccm; 99 kw/135Hp).
This is not the 8s, the number of the 8s is J7R 732! Can you see this version in the Dialogys too.
I changed the original (Le volant )Steering wheel from Laguna I. The horn/klaxone is not working (ne fonctionne pas) from the steering wheel (Volant).
This car used in Hungary the chancellor of French Embassy (Secrétaire de l'ambassade française) .
Livraison : 1994.05.09 Lyon I know this from Renault.

I upgraded my HIFI with low ESR ELNA SILMIC II audio capacitors.



But the new capacitor higher than the old.










The original amplifier was the TDA7374.


I use at the moment TDA7375 ( +4/5 Watt RMS power ).


The sound quality is ever so much better!
